The improved grease digging machine uses the company's patented spherical rotor pump as a booster pump, which has a huge suction pressure, which avoids the inconsistency and low pressure of the barrel-changing cavity gas delivery in the delivery process of the old gear shear pump. The conveying efficiency and life are greatly improved.

Specific operation:

One: Connect the power supply, start the green start button, and check the forward and reverse directions of the pump driven by the motor.

Two: Connect the air source, turn on the air inlet switch, and adjust the pressure to about 0.5-0.6.

Three: Pull up the lift switch to make the cylinder drive the whole set of grease lifter up.

Four: Place the bucket full of grease on the tray under the grease lifter, and push the tray to place it under the grease lifter.

Five: Press the lift switch to slowly place the grease lifter in the bucket, and at the same time open the exhaust valve on the grease lifter to release the remaining air in the bucket. When the grease lifter contacts the grease, turn off the exhaust switch.

Six: Turn on the rubber ring inflation switch
. (Note: The rubber ring inflation switch, in order to make the rubber ring expand and closely match the barrel wall, is more suitable for large barrels with bumps after collision, or when the grease is relatively thin, to prevent the oil from overflowing in the barrel. If the barrel is more regular, the viscosity of the grease is relatively high. It is not necessary to use this function.

Seven: Turn on the power switch, the motor drives the grease pump to rotate, and the grease begins to lift.

Eight: After the grease pump in the barrel is finished, turn off the motor switch, turn on the inflation switch in the barrel to inflate into the barrel, and turn on the lift switch at the same time, so that the grease lifter slowly rises out of the barrel. Inflate the switch, pull out the old barrel and replace it with a new one. Repeat the above operation again to carry out fat lifting and filling.
