The high speed dispersing dissolver machine is currently the most widely used pre-dispersing equipment. The key component of the high-speed disperser is the sawtooth disc impeller, which is driven by the high-speed rotating stirring shaft, which can be raised and lowered as required. When working, the high-speed rotation of the impeller makes the paint slurry present a rolling circulation and creates a large vortex. The pigment particles on the top surface quickly descend to the bottom of the vortex in a spiral shape, forming a vortex at 2.5-5cm from the edge of the impeller. In the turbulent flow zone, the pigment particles are subjected to strong shear and impact, and quickly disperse into the paint slurry. Outside the turbulence area, two streams, upper and lower, are formed to fully circulate and turn the paint slurry. At the same time, due to the action of viscosity and shear force, the pigment aggregates are dispersed.
